Moving is stressful enough – between packing, scheduling, and the physical work, it can be hard to know what to ask. We’ve built our FAQ to answer the most common questions from people renting our durable moving boxes so you can move with confidence. Many wonder how big or how strong the boxes are, what weight limits you should observe, how many boxes you’ll really need, whether the boxes are clean, sanitized, and safe for sensitive and fragile items.
We explain how delivery works, whether someone needs to be home, time windows, and what to do if your move date changes. You can also find out how to get additional rental time or additional boxes or dollies.
Also explained here is the damage deposit, what counts as “damage,” and what fees apply. This FAQ is mean to address all your questions so you know exactly what to expect when you rent with us.

Information about the boxes and the dollies.
The boxes are 27″ x 17″ x 13″. These durable boxes can hold up to 60 pounds of your stuff. (Be sure you can lift the box when it’s filled). These aren’t flimsy totes from walmart. These are commercial grade and built to hold anything that can fit in them.
Boxes can be stacked 4 high. Please do not stack higher than 4. Put heavy boxes on the floor or on the dolly first.
The dolly can hold four (4) full boxes. Please do NOT stack the dollies with more than four boxes.
